Faulty or Damaged Items

Include your order number and photographs showing the issue.
Once we have reviewed the issue and confirmed a fault, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
In accordance with UK consumer law, we will cover the return postage cost for confirmed faulty goods.
Change of Mind

Return Shipping
